Drinking related habits not so healthy

The health benefits related to consuming one glass of alcohol for women and two for men is under new scrutiny.  Although there are certain chemicals and antioxidants found in wine and alcohol that can play a contributing role to keeping up good health, such as warding off certain cancers, a new study found the risks to far outweigh the benefits.

When considering maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle, the authors of the article recommended turning to more traditional remedies such as fruits and vegetables.  The recent emergence of the benefits of alcohol is small dosages is the leading cause of concern in this article.

    I really don’t understand what the cause of concern is from your post. But I do agree that sticking with fruits and vegetables is best — especially because not everyone can handle alcohol or wants to drink it just to assure themselves of the benefits.
